I am just so happy to have been able to do this what a great opportunity. I have learned so many things about myself like I have said before. I have also learned a lot about our world and really just how wonderful people are all over the world.
You know what I think is so funny is how where ever I go/ went people thought that I spoke the language and knew more than I really did like how to get some where or what train to take.
I now know for sure that everyone, everywhere wants the same things out of life. Mostly to be loved!!! no matter where you go you too will find that. I knew that before I left and once I met my friends here in Spain I was really seeing that even more.
When I was traveling around people want to help, Remember this is just what I felt and what I saw. After someone would come up to me to ask me for help and I would say, "I am sorry, I am lost myself."
Most of the people might try to help me as best they could and once that was done they would ask me what brings me to where I was. I would tell them and they would almost always say, "Oh, well we need english teachers."
One thing that I can tell you for sure is that to traveling by your self is such a great experience. I really loved my time being able to see somethings that I might not other wise see and to see all the history and feel the different energy. I am so glad that I was able to do this. What a great way to grow and learn.
I wanted to share a photo that I took when I was at the WWII graveyard / cemetery. I was just stuck by how even at that time you see the different beliefs. Yet that did not stop people from working together to do something that has really shaped the way things are today.
I have the best friends. They let me stay with them and take really good care of me taking me under their wing. Help show me around and kind of teach me some spanish.
