Greetings world, it's been a while since I have posted a blog. Today I plan on getting more personal than I ever have and I'm not looking to get backlash I'm sticking to facts that I am experiencing right now in my own life.
First of all I am sure I come across to most people as a thin or skinny person, with that said I hope that I'm giving you information regarding what you need to do for yourself and how you feel about yourself.
Second of all I'm sure that I come across as young I'm not gonna pull any wool over anyone's eyes I am young I'm 31 years old.
Now with all of that out-of-the-way I want to share with you my experience as I've said before.
So in order to do that we need to take a walk down memory lane I am going back to the day I was born, in the hospital I was two days old and the doctors had done some tests on me where I learned that I am galactosemic, no don't come to me and ask me if you are all of the sudden galactosemic because that's not how galactosemia works.
Galactosemia is a gene deficiency let's call it where I am missing the gene that helps the body digests dairy products, that's all you're getting from me if you're still interested in learning more please look up on the Internet what galactosemic is in depth.
Most of my life I struggled being younger and having some of the issues that comes with being a galactosmic. Right now I'm moving back to being 30 years old.
I have been experiencing symptoms of early premenopausal. I have night sweats and I have been moody and I have hot flashes. So I decided to go to a natural path ( one thing you should know about me as I am very much into health and I do not want to put chemicals in my body). The natural path ran some tests on me, she made me realize that not only am I going to early menopause but also I have a thyroid issue.
For a couple of months I was taking the hormones and all of her recommended supplements I was quite impressed with the results of doing this after just a couple of months. I began to feel somewhat better slowly it's a process. Baby steps.
Then I met a guy who looked at all the supplements I was taking and he did not like that I was taking them so I stopped taking them. We dated for awhile and we ended up deciding that we were not right for each other, so now I am back to taking the supplements again. I share this with you because I want to make sure everyone gets their thyroid checked.
I think the main message here that I want you to take away with you is you know your body best! If you listen closely enough you can feel your body saying to you what it needs. So stop and listen to your body.
Happy Sunday! Get out and enjoy life!
