Hi guys and gals,
The past few weeks I have been thinking a lot about how things have really changed. Some changes are more obvious than others, there are still happening.
I embrace change for the most part of course there are times that I feel change can be difficult, overall I think let's welcome in the new experience.
With all of that said I wanted to talk a little bit more about how I feel about dating and gentlemen.
These are my feelings and what I've realized in all the 31 years I've been on the planet that are important to me.
What happened to men being more gentlemen like? By this I mean is it too much to ask for him to open my doors all doors car doors building doors, I don't mean just in the beginning of our relationship but I mean throughout our relationship and maybe were not dating, you're just being a gentleman in general. When we are dating and I say I'm cold please offer me your jacket or put your arms around me and try to keep me warm, is that really too much to ask? I like when a man will walk on the outside of the street close to the cars. When you send a sweet text messages women like those kinds of things it doesn't cost you anything, it just makes us feel like your thinking of us and were important to you. Or when you splurge and buy one flower even or you write sweet notes handwritten or email us a sweet little note we like to know we cross your mind. I am going out on a limb here but something tells me you would like the same from us ladies as well. Let's agree to treat each other the way we want to be treated.
Another question I have for you men out there when paying for things. take dinner why do you want to split the bill? I get it when/if I invited you to go out to dinner that makes sense, maybe I'll treat you to the meal.
I just want to feel special and important and appreciated by the guy that I'm dating more than anything of course respected and loved as well.
How I feel that way is by, all of the above as well as you cooking dinner for me. Going for walks out in nature. Surprise picnics. Sweet romantic date nights that you've planned. Watching the sunset. Holding hands. Cuddling. Of course all those other things that romantic couples who are dating do.
Please note this blog is not intended for anyone in particular. I am just sharing my thoughts. This has been on my mind for awhile now.
Have a great day!!
Get out there and move your body!!
